Some items have minimum quantities. Can I order just one instead?

Most of our products are available with a minimum order quantity. The minimum quantity is mentioned on the product pages. Every product has a different packaging and minimum quantity to optimize our logistical operations and minimize carbon footprint

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can leave your email address and click the button "NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE". As soon as the product is back in stock, you'll receive a notification by email that the product is back in stock.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order.

Do I receive a confirmation when placing an order?

Yes. Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

When will I receive my order?

Our delivery lead time varies depending on the country from which you've placed your order. For an estimated delivery lead time, please refer to the Shipping & Returns information page located in the footer at the bottom of our website.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. This tracking code can be used to track the status of your order.
