Returning an item is simple by using our return portal or scanning the QR code on the paper that comes with your packing list. Once in the return portal, you can easily create your return request. We will process your return request and send you a confirmation email with detailed instructions to complete your return. Remember to include the original packing list with your return shipment. This ensures smooth processing of your return. Without it, we regret that we won't be able to accept your return.
