You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, register your return via our return portal, where you can indicate the items and reason for return and receive a UPS return label. Stick the label to your parcel and drop it off at a UPS pick-up point.

Return shipping costs are €8, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
